Requirements
  • 8–12+ years in brand marketing, creative direction, or strategic marketing roles, with a strong track record in leading brand development and integrated campaigns
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience managing brand strategists, creatives, or social media marketing teams
  • Proven success in scaling brand programs that directly support performance goals, particularly in high-growth or digital-first organizations
  • Deep expertise in brand positioning, creative strategy, and campaign development
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to translate strategy into compelling brand expressions across channels
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing best practices, including creator outreach, activation, measurement, and rights management
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to track brand health (e.g., awareness, NPS, brand lift) and optimize creative performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership skills
  • Experience working closely with or within performance/growth marketing orgs to support conversion and efficiency goals
Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand’s positioning, voice, visual identity, and storytelling architecture
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Lead the development of brand frameworks, value propositions, and tone-of-voice guidelines
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Embed consistent brand expression across all external and internal-facing assets
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Consolidate multiple disparate brand systems into a single unified brand identity, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels and programs.
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Balance and integrate the needs of multiple stakeholders — including consumers, financial institution customers, enterprise distribution partners, and other strategic partners — into a cohesive brand strategy.
  • Creative Direction & Campaigns: Direct the development of creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Creative Direction & Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign briefs, concepting, execution, and performance reviews
  • Creative Direction & Campaigns: Ensure creative output reflects strategic priorities while delivering high impact on performance and engagement
  • Social Media Program Management: Build and scale social media and influencer and ambassador initiatives—including social programs that support CAC efficiency
  • Social Media Program Management: Partner with Growth and Performance teams to align influencer strategies with conversion goals
  • Social Media Program Management: Develop playbooks and pipelines for talent onboarding, creative collaboration, and campaign ROI tracking
  • Brand Health & Measurement: Own KPIs related to brand equity, including NPS, brand awareness, brand favorability, engagement, and sentiment
  • Brand Health & Measurement: Leverage insights to iterate on messaging, creative, and positioning strategies
  • Brand Health & Measurement: Collaborate with analytics and research teams to build a full-funnel view of brand impact on acquisition and retention
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership: Develop, manage and mentor a high-performing team
