We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Nambe, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in a patient's home in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
