Requirements
  • A college or university degree in a related field is required.
  • Two to five years of work experience in a related job discipline is required.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants.
  • Obtain informed consent and provide detailed study information to patients.
  • Monitor patient status, collect clinical data, and report adverse events.
  • Collect biospecimens according to protocol.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
  • Coordinate study visits, assessments, and follow-ups.
  • Educate patients and families about clinical trials and research procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and other healthcare staff.
  • Prepare study-related reports and assist in regulatory submissions when needed.
  • Present study findings and participate in research meetings and training as needed.
  • Facilitate and participate in the daily activities of moderately complex clinical studies, including patient data retrieval, documenting clinical research records, and participating in program audits.
  • Be accountable for all tasks in moderately complex clinical studies.
  • Perform other related work as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Clinical research experience or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple studies, including investigator-initiated, industry-sponsored, and multi-site trials, is preferred.
  • Awareness of safety hazards and appropriate precautions is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documents is preferred.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and orally is preferred.
  • Ability to condense complicated issues into simple summaries understandable to a variety of constituents is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships is preferred.
  • Ability to exercise discretion regarding confidential matters is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is preferred.
