Requirements
- First Year Status at UBC Sauder.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Public speaking abilities.
- Eagerness and curiosity to learn.
- A one-page resume outlining the most relevant experiences.
- A cover letter addressing interest in ACE UBC, candidacy for the position, and relevant prior experience.
- A portfolio showing past digital design experience.
Responsibilities
- Compete and train for the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference.
- Attend weekly training sessions consisting of in-depth workshops on technical skills and public speaking, practice cases, and formal mock competitions.
- Attend ACE Nationals in Toronto in January 2027.
- Capture and curate photo and graphic content at ACE Nationals to support post-event promotion and showcase the team's experience.
- Manage and schedule content across ACE UBC's social media platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
- Assist with management of social media channels, design promotional materials, and help drive engagement for events and recruitment initiatives.
- Participate in weekly training sessions including structured lessons, mock competitions, and constructive feedback.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous casing experience is an asset but is not required.
