Title: Analyst, Oracle EBS Software Assurance

Position Details:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Analyst who is well versed in testing and validation of Oracle EBS systems. This position will be responsible for V&V tasks to ensure and maintain validated state of Oracle EBS system.  Qualified candidate must have experience testing multiple EBS modules including: Order-To-Cash, Service, Finance, Warehouse Management(WMS), WIP/ Manufacturing, and Procure-to-Pay.  
The candidate should have hands on experience with general V&V tasks – system testing, developing validation tests, data migration, and coordinating tests with BPOs and other users of the system. 

Job function:

• Understand ERP functions and business requirements across applications.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to support V&V activities in multiple areas. 
• Analyze business and other data processing problems to ensure adequate testable solution is implemented.
• Support development of functional design, architecture documents, regression, and user acceptance testing for business system applications enhancements. 
• Work with cross-functional teams comprising IT, BPOs, QA and other stake holders, to ensure successful planning and execution of systems projects.
• Ensure quality issues are addressed and resolved prior to release.
• Collaborate in design and development of automated test scripts to effectively validate technology projects on both functional requirements and technical specifications. 
• Must be able to work extended schedules as required to meet deadlines. 

• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

  Required Skills/Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Masters’ degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in IT analysis, design and implementation with focus on Oracle EBS QA Testing.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules: Manufacturing, Order Management, Service, Finance, WMS.
• Working knowledge of data migration, sampling methods, test approaches, and overall process 
• Experience working on large projects (upgrades, migrations, mergers) is a plus.
• Experience with 3rd party vendor integrations with ERP System. 
• Ability to create technical documentation, analyze and translate requirements and user stories into test scripts. 
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies; attention to detail; written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; and time management skills.
• Experienced with various software development processes (Scrum, Agile, XP, Kanban, etc.) from the test design, test automation, and execution perspective. 
• Experience with test management tool (ex: HPALM, Validation Master, Visual Studio).
• Experience with test automation experience (ex: Ranorex, UFT, TestComplete, JMeter, Loadrunner, NeoLoad etc.)
• Must have good organizational, presentation, meeting facilitation and technical writing skills, high level of resourcefulness to resolve problems when less than adequate information is available.
