What You’ll Do:
- Define requirements for security projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive security engineering efforts and programs that improve the security of Level’s product and infrastructure
- Support customer pre-sales efforts by answering security questionnaires and managing cross-team efforts to complete cloud, application, and other security assessments
- Manage security and compliance audits security including PCI, SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO-27001
- Drive strategic planning to define and meet security Objectives and Key Results for the company’s roadmap
- Accurately report status of projects and initiatives to stakeholders
- Identify business, technical, and operational risks and manage related mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices for the security team
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of technical program management (or equivalent) experience
- 2+ years of hands-on security experience
- Versed in the details of security threat detection and prevention
- Able to take initiative and work independently with minimal guidance
- Able to drive consensus among internal customers and stakeholders
- Experience working with confidential and highly sensitive information

This position has a minimum base salary of $170,000 and a midpoint base salary of $185,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards.
