As the Director of the Decision Intelligence Platforms team, you will lead the ecosystem and portfolio vision, strategy and overall roadmap for data infrastructure, master data management, advanced analytics (including ML) and informatics, and platform products & services (internal, external) to drive the cross-market decision intelligence ecosystem for client decisioning and behavioral economics. Your team will include  product leaders and data analysts/informaticists.  Your direct customers will be product leadership and technologists, and you will play an instrumental role in enabling the organization to bring new insights-based solutions to market that transform the way healthcare is provided.

This is a highly collaborative and influential role, where you will be responsible for building and driving the strategy of PointClickCare’s platform across multiple product verticals. You are data and insight driven, passionate about solving complex problems, and you have a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals.

In this role, you will lead the development of solutions that liberate operational and transactional data into data pipelines, data access products, business intelligence and platform/marketplace solutions spanning descriptive to prescriptive analytics that are ultimately delivered via a full range of digital technology including dashboards, applications, workflow and advanced tech such as simulation and AI/ML.

·Leading the vision, strategy, and execution for platform-based and componentized analytics products and services

·Building and managing strategic relationships with internal product consumers, Go-To-Market teams, and external stakeholders

·Prioritizing and synthesizing research into clear, actionable product strategy and building consensus around the strategy with senior leadership

·Communicating roadmap and strategy to all stakeholders to align on outcomes

·Using metrics to measure success of products through pilot and in-market

·Working with marketing and sales to build product marketing, positioning and messaging

·Working with implementation and operational teams to ensure customer success

·Managing development with partners and vendors as a part of an overall product delivery strategy

 

·Executive level Platform Management or Digital Product experience, preferably in a SaaS environment

·Demonstrable success in healthcare analytics, informatics or business intelligence

·Proven track record launching software products at scale. Experience working on platform products and services is a plus 

·Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders, and influence teams towards a single, cohesive vision

·Experience managing software products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals

·Experience within an Agile/Scrum environment

·High adaptability or experience in an incubation or "startup" culture

·Strong listening, communication, collaboration and presentation capabilities

·Preference for some experience or familiarity with the cross-continuum challenges in the healthcare and interoperability market

·Bachelor’s Degree in business, data or systems engineering (or other engineering),  or a healthcare-related related field of study
