  • 2-4 years Professional experience as a Project Manager, consultant or in a comparable function
  • Communicating with international contacts in English (orally and in writing)
  • Experienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing
  • Certification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma – is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in media, advertising, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
Responsibilities
  • Manage project deliverables including creating, updating, and monitoring of project roadmaps
  • Identify project partners, plan partner management, and manage partners' involvement for all assigned projects
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
  • Coordinate data and document acquisition in cooperation with the local contacts of the Publicis Groupe network
  • Lead meetings for the appropriate project/team management
  • Manage project scope definition: identification, documentation & identify and prioritization of requirements; scope validation; and monitor scope for the assigned projects
  • Communications planning, creation, and management for all related to the projects assigned
  • Help develop solution rollout plans with the wider Global Operations Team and Publicis Groupe contacts
  • Manage external service providers and task prioritization of the project team
  • Create and monitor the repositories that store project assets and resources for small and medium scale projects
  • Identify improvement areas for the team and project, both internally and externally
  • Responsible for the management and correct distribution for assets/resources provided by the client
