  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling Sales teams in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated top-of-funnel strategies and managing evergreen pipelines that deliver quality candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruiting for scaling our Sales positions. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, you will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and move the needle.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a mentor to other members of the team to help scale internal recruiting practices
