Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Growth or Marketing leadership roles within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of achieving significant, quantifiable growth (e.g., 3-4x pipeline/revenue acceleration) in previous leadership positions.
  • Experience building, scaling, and managing diverse teams (including FTE, contractors/agencies, and an understanding of AI tool integration) from the ground up.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master's a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve a 5x increase in actionable net new sales opportunities within 12 months, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Design, implement, and rigorously optimize a scalable inbound and outbound growth engine, enhancing the performance of existing programs and establishing clear ROI metrics for all initiatives.
  • Establish a systematic framework for ranking, testing, and successfully deploying at least 3-5 new, high-impact growth channels or programs that demonstrably contribute to pipeline generation within the first year.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing, diverse Growth team including FTEs, strategically selected agencies/contractors, and effectively integrate AI agents to maximize efficiency, scale, and output.
  • Implement robust reporting and analytics frameworks to provide real-time insights into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition costs, enabling rapid, data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
