The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for supporting Operations team in their day-to-day duties. This role maintains operational processes, daily and monthly tracking and reporting and provides first-line support for team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reporting to the Director, Operations.
- You’ll complete processing, daily and monthly tracking & reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and distribute daily/monthly regulatory and business reporting.
- Track and Follow-up on outstanding documentation.
- Perform random spot check reviews, ensuring compliance.
- Non-compliance reviews to be escalated to Senior Management.
- Support Operation Associates with concerns and questions in all matters related to policies, guidelines, systems and equipment issues (including escalations, as required).
- Perform data overrides within Wealthview Banking system for associates, within authorized limits, as required.
- Monitor progress, providing support to associates where required.
- Develop quality assurance standards by seeking operational improvements and building, updating, and maintaining department P&G’s.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
- You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. business/commerce, business management, finance, etc) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ mortgage or financial institution experience.
- You’re proficient with various software applications such as MS Office, Wealthview Banking, LMS360, etc.
- You have previous experience completing audits.
