Responsibilities
  • Ensures systems effectively support business operations by serving as a subject matter expert for enterprise resource programs, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in identifying, designing, configuration, and implementation of functional solutions.
  • Enhances operational efficiency by analyzing data and business needs, evaluating system functionality and recommending improvements that align with organizational goals.
  • Strengthens system effectiveness by gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying process gaps and facilitating discussions to develop impactful solutions.
  • Improves user adoption and system success by overseeing project implementation, managing timelines and ensuring effective communication, documentation and training.
  • Maintains data integrity and system performance by designing and executing comprehensive testing plans that validate system upgrades and enhancements and meet business needs.
  • Supports HR operations by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving system-related inquiries and managing service requests to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
  • Contributes to an inclusive, equitable and supportive environment where everyone at the institution feels valued, respected and empowered to reach their full potential.
