As a Front Office Representative at DigiTalkTell, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and providing outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to support the office's smooth functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
