Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team in Bangalore, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Act as the Technical Lead for the team, being hands-on and actively involved in building, maintaining, and reviewing code
  • Drive engineering best practices, ensuring high-quality code, scalability, and system reliability
  • Work closely with the leadership team to define technical and product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term vision
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, and Data—to deliver seamless and impactful solutions that delight our customers
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies to drive competitive advantage
  • Build the operational infrastructure needed to support a growing team and complex technical environment, including tools, systems, and workflows
  • Serve as a critical liaison between the Bangalore office and global headquarters, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Invest in the professional growth of team members, creating pathways for career development and advancement
