Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience in operations, service, distribution, or a route-based environment.
  • Experience leading people, teams, or daily operations through formal or informal leadership.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold frontline employees accountable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices and regulated environments.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to manage performance and solve problems.
  • Willingness to lead from the front and remain actively engaged in daily field operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration and company standards.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, accountability, recognition, documentation, and ongoing development while maintaining engagement and retention.
  • Build leadership capability within the team through coaching and talent development.
  • Foster a safety-first culture and reinforce safe work practices and operational discipline.
  • Drive workforce planning, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time management, performance management, and retention.
  • Oversee fleet performance and maintenance to support service execution.
  • Ensure completion of pre-trip and post-trip inspections, preventative maintenance, and monitoring of uptime and downtime metrics, including performing fleet walks.
  • Create and sustain a customer-focused culture by ensuring service issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver strong customer outcomes and retention.
  • Oversee field service execution supporting the Total Oil Management system, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure high service completion rates, quality execution, and consistent delivery of safe customer experiences.
  • Manage labor utilization and scheduling to drive productivity, control overtime, and align staffing with service and customer demand.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and equipment management, including inventory ordering and routine cycle counts.
  • Partner with the General Manager to achieve depot financial performance and key performance indicators.
  • Drive productivity, cost discipline, and continuous improvement across operations.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two or more years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience supporting field service, installation, or equipment-based operations.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support operational execution and customer outcomes.
  • Experience managing scheduling, labor, or workforce planning.
  • Experience using key performance indicators to drive productivity, safety, and service performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
