  • Financial Reporting & Insights
  • Own our monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process, and work closely with our Finance and Sales teams to ensure accuracy of payments expected and received
  • Improve the accuracy and workflows around reporting, specifically within Salesforce and Looker
  • Forecast our revenue across business lines and measure the ROI of various efforts within each business unit; help determine annual goals for each business
  • Measure our pacing against goals. Communicate wins when we're overpacing, and provide actionable insights to the respective teams when underpacing
  • Sales Team Support
  • Ensure that our sales team has the data and insights needed to make decisions around retailer and business development partners
  • Measure the ROI of new business and existing relationships
  • Improve our process for partner and campaign reporting
  • Manage and develop a small team of business and operations analysts
