Forbes Vetted is seeking a revenue reporting & insights lead to join the Data, Revenue & Product team. The role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and has the opportunity to positively impact our affiliate and eCommerce revenue and businesses. A successful candidate will be passionate about providing insights that drive decisions and building systems that are accessible to all levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Insights
- Own our monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process, and work closely with our Finance and Sales teams to ensure accuracy of payments expected and received
- Improve the accuracy and workflows around reporting, specifically within Salesforce and Looker
- Forecast our revenue across business lines and measure the ROI of various efforts within each business unit; help determine annual goals for each business
- Measure our pacing against goals. Communicate wins when we’re overpacing, and provide actionable insights to the respective teams when underpacing
- Sales Team Support
- Ensure that our sales team has the data and insights needed to make decisions around retailer and business development partners
- Measure the ROI of new business and existing relationships
- Improve our process for partner and campaign reporting
- Manage and develop a small team of business and operations analysts
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working in Salesforce and Looker (or similar tools), with advanced knowledge of Excel and Gsheets and a proven ability to organize large data sets for trend and variance analysis.
- Is impeccably organized and loves optimizing workflow systems
- Gets excited about optimizing revenue and celebrates the small wins
- Is methodical in testing ideas over and over again in order to achieve desired results
- Direct experience with affiliate/eCommerce is strongly preferred, an understanding of digital media and affiliate content strategy is a bonus
The annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000
