Requirements
  • Experience writing for an insurance brand including a portfolio of bylines
  • A understanding of the insurance industry and FCA guidelines
  • Experience proof-reading and editing content within a style guide
  • Experience using content management systems
  • Experience with SEO best practices
  • The ability to conduct research to find out answers, and to use data in your copy
  • Knowledge of personal finance and household bills industries would be beneficial (but not essential)
Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality content that follows SEO best practices using industry experience and prioritising according to our needs
  • Improve content to enhance our rankings and brand visibility keeping it fresh, accurate and ensuring we answer user’s questions in the best possible way
  • Keep on top of market news and trends around personal finance, broadband and energy using this to influence content
  • Be an expert voice when it comes to information such as insurance and personal finance
  • Write and editing copy following the Go.Compare TOV
  • Use data to help tell a story and make content improvements
  • Ensuring content is compliant and meeting FCA guidelines.
