As Technical SEO Manager, you'll bridge strategy and engineering execution, owning search performance across every digital property we run, including Stake.com and regulated market platforms and fuelling cross functional initiatives that sharpen visibility through advanced optimisation, platform architecture improvements and scalable solutions.

This role takes strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to lead initiatives from the first idea through to full implementation, mentoring junior team members and setting the standard across the organisation, all under the strategic direction of the SEO Lead while keeping real autonomy to drive your own initiatives forward.We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. The impact you’ll make:

• Drive technical SEO strategy across all platforms (TG Labs, Octavian, Sveltekit), in step with the SEO Lead
• Run advanced technical SEO audits and lead optimisation work across regulated markets
• Brief Product and Engineering on SEO requirements, turning them into clear technical specs and JIRA tickets
• Own site architecture, crawlability, rendering strategy and performance across all properties
• Build and maintain technical SEO standards and documentation for cross team adoption
• Track and report on technical SEO performance to stakeholders
• Scout and roll out emerging SEO technologies and automation to help the team scale
• Mentor and develop a Technical SEO Executive through coaching and delegation

Your track record:

• 4+ years in technical SEO, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity
• Experience managing technical SEO for large scale websites (100,000+ pages)
• Strong background in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Svelte)
• Experience with headless CMS implementations (Sanity preferred)
• Proficiency with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console
• A track record briefing and collaborating directly with engineering teams

Bonus points if you also have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
• Experience with JAMstack architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with international or multi language SEO
• Background in regulated markets
• Experience in gambling, gaming or another highly competitive industry
• Proficiency with SQL, API development or data visualisation tools like Looker
• Familiarity with headless CMS query languages (GROQ, GraphQL) and Git version control
