Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Enterprise Account Managers to manage a portfolio of LATAM Accounts across their strategic regions
  • Collaborate with Strategic Reps and their Regional Vice Presidents to ensure comprehensive coverage of Parent Customer Accounts and their subsidiaries
  • Work closely with Strategic Reps to enhance customer experiences and build lasting relationships
  • Identify and engage new buying centers and departments within the family of accounts
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Reps to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Take on transactional tasks to alleviate the burden on Strategic Reps, ensuring a streamlined process
  • Engage in mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge transfer
  • Meet and exceed targets, with a focus on driving growth, customer satisfaction, and account expansion
  • Contribute to the overall success of the ECS initiative within the Corporate Segment
