This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll serve as a trusted business partner, helping guide financial strategy, improve operational performance, strengthen internal controls, and provide meaningful insights that support executive decision-making.

What You'll Do

As Controller, you'll lead the day-to-day accounting and financial operations while helping drive the company's financial success. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business planning.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insight and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Oversee the general ledger, account reconciliations, chart of accounts, and month-end close process.
• Manage accounts payable operations and vendor approval processes.
• Supervise accounting and inventory functions while developing and mentoring team members.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and stay current on financial and operational best practices.
