  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience
  • Experience selling within FinTech and the Office of Finance
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota with enterprise deals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Robust listening skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience responding to RFI and RFPs
  • Ability to publicly represent the company
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships to aid in selling customers executives and partners
Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in the industry
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to the solution
  • Identifying prospects, generating interest, building pipeline, and managing effective sales-cycles
  • Conducting effective, consultative discovery meetings with prospects
  • Utilizing resources to reach and identify prospects
  • Selling to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts
  • Understanding the market and the challenges prospects face
  • Accurately and effectively managing pipeline and communicating forecasting expectations
  • Working in close coordination with executive management, partners, and other internal teams
  • Staying current on market and industry conditions, needs, and competitor strategies
  • Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of Visual Lease products and solutions
  • Providing best-in-the-business levels of client satisfaction
  • Leading strategic selling cycles including coordination of internal resources and team members
  • Engaging sales opportunities with a continuous commitment to develop deals the right way and reinforce process expectations
