- 1-2 years’ work experience in technology services and/or consulting environment
- Must be located within 30 miles of the Baltimore, MD area and able to travel for urgent IT issues if needed.
- Highly proficient with SharePoint tool and management
- Highly proficient with Microsoft office suite
- Strong Networking capabilities
- Provides technology support remotely and in-person (when required), to include but not limited to: advanced problem diagnosis and error resolution, equipment setup/repair, assisting with network /server troubleshooting/patching, telecom support/troubleshooting.
- Manages helpdesk support.
- Assists with (or coordinates) the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents.
- Resolves incidents associated with company-standard end user software and hardware, including mobile/hand-held technologies. Identifies sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences within the prescribed processes and SLAs.
- Assists with off-site support for company sponsored functions/meetings.
- Analyzes information, identifies key issues and relationships, and draws logical conclusions; identifies the root causes of problems and develops and suggests appropriate solutions.
