Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the incubator/coworking space
  • Managing memberships, scheduling, and overall use of the space
  • Coordinating shared amenities such as meeting rooms and event areas
  • Maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Planning and executing a consistent calendar of programming, including Workshops (business planning, finance, marketing, etc.) , Speaker events and panel discussions, Networking events and community meetups
  • Identifying and coordinating with external speakers, mentors, and facilitators
  • Building relationships with local organizations, universities, and business leaders to support programming
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for members, partners, and visitors
  • Tracking general usage and participation (memberships, event attendance, etc.) to help measure activity and impact
