Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive EV Realty's strategic planning frameworks, including the long-term business plan, objectives and goal setting, and initiative roadmaps
  • Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen EV Realty's positioning and identify emerging opportunities across its medium and heavy-duty vehicle and autonomous vehicle strategies
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities and inform investment decisions, including new market entry, strategic partnerships, and new products
  • Support geographic expansion efforts, including market sizing, site selection criteria, and go-to-market planning for new markets
  • Work with prospective and existing customers to analyze their fleet data, assess how EV Realty's solutions fit their operations, and develop tailored recommendations
  • Track and synthesize industry trends and policy developments relevant to EV Realty's business
  • Translate research and analysis into clear, structured outputs that inform decisions by senior leadership and the board
  • Support the development of internal processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure as the company scales
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned and projects move forward
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the transportation, energy or broader infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required

EV Realty has opened its flagship multi-fleet truck charging hub in San Bernardino with 76 high-power charging ports and 9 MW of capacity, sufficient to serve over 200 medium- and heavy-duty trucks per day. The site is designed to serve all makes and models of medium- and heavy-duty trucks with both CCS and MCS charging ports. The site is strategically located near the San Bernardino Intermodal Facility, in an area that is home to nearly 17,000 medium and heavy-duty trucks. It sits near Interstates 10 and 215, along a major freight lane from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The site is purpose-built for logistics operations - technology and operational design choices have been informed by fleet customers. Charging hardware from Kempower allows charging at up to 1.2 MW with MCS and 500 kW with CCS. Software and fleet management tools powered by Synop provide power management, reservations, reporting, and fleet insights on cost, range and efficiency. On-site staff, security, parking and on-site amenities are available 24/7. Announced customers include national carrier J.B. Hunt Transport, beverage distributor Gate City Beverage, and Nevoya, a fully electric carrier. Outpost, an Austin-based operator of over 30 truck terminals and drop yards across the US, is expanding with five new locations and investing in EV charging infrastructure. The company announced new terminals in Newark, New Jersey, Miami, Florida and three California cities: Stockton, Livermore and Torrance. Co-founder and CEO Trent Cameron says Outpost addresses a unique trucking industry problem: whilst rail, air and port freight have universal infrastructure, trucking—which moves 75% of US goods—relies on fragmented facilities.
