Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required

Responsibilities
  • Run daily and weekly sales reporting to aid in business analysis and strategy development, report out results to cross functional teams. Recap high level performance
  • Execute monthly initial inventory releases; ensures consistent and profitable in-season replenishment
  • Partner with Planning & Merchandising to understand & execute omni-channel inventory distribution strategies
  • Develop thorough knowledge of regional, district and store level performance through data analysis and field partnership
  • Execute all wholesale account order fulfillment
  • Partner with PD, Ops, Merchandising, Business Planning & the DC to ensure that product is at the right place at the right time
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning to execute a sizing process that maximizes the probability of ordering productive inventory
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning to create store segmentation for product capsules, testing strategies and other initiatives
  • Participate in distribution meetings, business reviews, product reviews, store visits and other business meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with store operations to build efficient and effective merchandise deliveries for initials and replenishment
  • Collaborate with field leadership to diagnose product and store planning opportunities, utilizing store visits to cultivate relationships
  • Establish cross-functional relationships to promote best practices and process adherence, fostering teamwork
  • Maximize profitability and reduce operational expenses between store and E-Commerce channels
