Requirements
- A Master's degree from a top-tier university in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience creating or supporting cross-platform multithreaded applications is required.
- Strong computer programming skills using C++ in Windows and Linux environments are required.
- Experience with object-oriented design is required.
- Experience with multithreaded programming is required.
- A strong understanding of computer systems, including operating systems, networks, and performance optimization, is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent, is required.
- The ability to work collaboratively while remaining motivated and self-directed is required.
- The ability to work on multiple projects and provide accurate project estimates is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with dynamic trading groups and work directly with traders to design, build, and test trading systems.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance algorithmic trading platform.
- Apply C++ programming skills across the business.
- Work across the complete project life cycle, including requirements capture, design, development, and final deployment to production.
- Continuously improve technical skills and embrace new ideas.
Desired Qualifications
- A PhD is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are desirable.
