  • 5+ years experience in an integrated agency

Responsibilities
  • Guide the process and details, and develop tactical plans. Forecast budgets.
  • Develops and administers clients' budgets based on accurate estimating and tracking of hours, out-of-pocket expenses, and reconciliation against estimates.
  • Raise client awareness as to when changes in client direction affect estimates.
  • Knowledge of contract and its possible effects.
  • Knowledge of all basic financial tools necessary to account management.
  • Know when things might get off track in an agency operations. Use experience and judgment to solve for potential problems before they get too big. Solve client issues, moderate conflicts and influence management decisions.
  • Takes on wider, informal leadership responsibilities within the agency.
  • Provides clear and fair direction & feedback to junior account staff.
  • Deep, expert understanding of the therapeutic category, the audience and at least two channels. Basic knowledge of at least one other category, and another audience.
  • Be a point of authority or source of advice for therapeutic area.
  • Ensure team adherence to agency process. Identify issues and lead problem resolution.
  • Identify the important/broad issues while still driving the process and details.
  • High-level analysis of category, research, and competitive data.
  • Analyze and extract findings/issues from all available marketing data.
  • Active in strategic development.
  • Demonstrate passion with the brand.
  • Develop marketing/ brand platform briefs). Lead the agency process.
  • Manages and manages the production of client-approved marketing tools.
  • Collaborates on creative brief development.
  • Assume Responsibility for the writing and preparation of marketing communications plans and proposals.
  • Communicate important Client issues/ programs to team.
  • Basic knowledge of PHCG businesses, offerings, and tools.
  • Build trusting relationships with client counterparts. Is seen as strategic, important to the account, and offering added value.
  • Frequent, positive client contact with important clients.
  • Ensures everyone focused on brand strategy and positioning: client, account team, and other internal departments.
  • Understands and advocates the agency POV (point-of-view).
  • Ensure the client is kept informed on all account activity: this includes ultimate responsibility for ensuring that appropriate written reports are delivered quickly.
  • Present complex data or messages in clear, succinct, compelling manner to clients.
  • Lead role in ensuring, accurate client documentation & correspondence.
