Lacework is seeking a Sr. Sales Finance Analyst  to join our Sales Finance organization to drive transformation project completion and adoption across the company. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales and Customer Success organizations, is comfortable managing projects, has a strong attention to detail, can build process documentation, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, identify process gaps, provide strategic recommendations, and design data-driven solutions to optimize processes within the order to cash lifecycle
• Create, design and execute enablement training for our Sales and Operations teams
• Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement efforts
• Gather feedback from the business to improve enablement efforts
• Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations to lead Renewal-focused projects, customer initiatives, and data clean-up activities
• Author, build and maintain process documentation and wikis on internal knowledgebase

• Collaborate with leaders of Revenue Operations, Business Technology (business applications, data solutions, analytics), Sales and Business Development teams on cross functional initiatives

• Provide best-in-class service to the business, including prompt, thoughtful, and collaborative engagement with stakeholders outside Sales Finance teams
• Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of the sales and sales finance teams

Experience/Competencies

• 7+ years of Deals Desk, Sales Operations, or Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask 
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges
