Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in consulting, customer success, enablement or learning and development, or product, with client-facing delivery experience.
  • Strong artificial intelligence fluency, including daily working use of frontier tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, a working mental model of current model capabilities and limitations, and the habit of updating that knowledge as the field evolves.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to teach skeptical analysts and walk executives through a demonstration.
  • The ability to stay highly organized under load and run parallel workstreams across multiple accounts without dropping threads.
  • Strong written communication, including clear meeting notes and concise, accurate readouts without jargon or overselling.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of loosely defined work, and the ability to ask sharp questions early.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-many trainings and hands-on, persona-specific workshops for client teams ranging from analysts to executives.
  • Build, test, and refine custom skills, prompts, and workflows with client champions, and turn successful approaches into repeatable curriculum.
  • Conduct persona and use-case interviews with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows for workshops and skills.
  • Track adoption signals throughout the engagement, including usage depth, use-case realization, and time savings, and flag what the data indicates.
  • Maintain the scored use-case backlog, keeping feasibility, data readiness, and priority current as discovery evolves.
  • Document requirements from client working sessions into structured inputs that the AI Product Manager can shape into specifications.
  • Execute evaluations by running test sets, logging failure modes, and summarizing results so quality decisions can be made quickly.
  • Resolve blockers involving access, data, calendars, and approvals so forward-deployed engineers and the AI Product Manager can remain focused on the build.
  • Prepare executive readout materials covering progress, metrics, risks, and next steps.
  • Keep engagement artifacts current, including roadmaps, status trackers, meeting notes, and action items across concurrent workstreams.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics across client stakeholders, forward-deployed engineers, and company leadership.
  • Contribute to reusable delivery assets, including training curricula, skill libraries, workshop templates, and playbooks.
  • Track new model and product releases relevant to active engagements and surface relevant updates to the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience building prompts, custom GPTs, skills, or lightweight automations.
  • Experience designing training content or adult learning programs.
  • Exposure to enterprise software delivery, including sprints, backlogs, requirements documentation, or quality assurance and evaluation work.
  • Familiarity with a functional domain served by the company, such as finance and office of the CFO, private equity operations, or healthcare.

Eliza offers a health engagement platform that helps healthcare organizations communicate with members in personalized ways to improve health outcomes. It uses a multi-channel system (calls, texts, emails) combined with data analytics, behavioral science, and patented speech recognition to prompt actions such as preventive screenings, medication adherence, and chronic-condition management. The platform also collects member-reported data beyond claims to build richer profiles and tailor outreach. Its goal is to close care gaps, improve quality ratings like HEDIS and Stars, and manage costs by boosting member engagement; its clients include health plans, PBMs, and disease-management firms, and the platform is now part of Cotiviti.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Eliza supports over 140,000 employees with agentic systems and enabled 20,000+ users on ChatGPT Enterprise across key sectors.
  • Selecting Operating as its PSA platform in May 2026 enables AI agents to read/write delivery data through MCP for scalable operations.
  • The firm's speed-to-production approach delivers reusable infrastructure on day one, reducing adoption time from quarters to weeks for clients.

What critics are saying

  • Brand confusion with legacy Eliza Corporation (Cotiviti) will dilute enterprise trust and delay client acquisition in healthcare within 6–12 months.
  • Over-reliance on OpenAI as the sole AI stack creates lock-in risk where pricing hikes or API disruptions immediately degrade delivery capability.
  • Competitor dominance by Accenture and Deloitte with proprietary stacks will erode Eliza's deal share in financial services within 12–24 months.

What makes Eliza unique

  • Eliza is one of only 30 global OpenAI Advanced Partners with exclusive access to frontier models like GPT-5.6.
  • Its embedded pod model delivers production AI systems in weeks by leveraging reusable architectures from 100+ prior deployments.
  • Eliza Academy trains forward-deployed engineers via a six-month practitioner program to secure a pipeline of specialized AI talent.

Eliza selects Operating as its professional services automation (PSA) platform.

Eliza selects Operating as its professional services automation (PSA) platform. Updated on May 28, 2026 - Written by Lauri Eurén Eliza.com, a fast-growing AI consulting firm and OpenAI services partner, has chosen Operating as its professional services automation platform to power delivery operations across the company. Having scaled multiple consulting firms to hundreds of employees, Eliza's leadership team knows firsthand what breaks when services organizations grow on spreadsheets and legacy PSA tools. With Operating, Eliza is building on a modern system of record early on, after the first big growth spurt from just the founding team to around 50 people in just 10 months. "I met Lauri in Austin and knew this was the right choice," said Stephen Garden, CEO of Eliza. "We've been using many legacy PSA tools, and Operating does what they do but simpler." "We're growing fast and we need one place for all our delivery data. Operating gives us that, plus it plugs straight into our HubSpot CRM and our AI agents can read and write to it through the MCP server. That's what sold us." said Sophia Ryterband, Strategy and Operations Lead at Eliza As an OpenAI services partner helping enterprises integrate and adopt AI, Eliza brings a practitioner's lens to its own tool selection. Operating's API-first architecture and MCP support for AI agent workflows aligned with how Eliza already works and where the industry is heading.

Eliza earns official OpenAI Services Partner designation. Saman Salari March 24, 2026 Eliza today announced that it has become an OpenAI Services Partner, recognizing the firm's depth of experience delivering production AI systems across the OpenAI platform. As a Services Partner, Eliza works across ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, AgentKit, and the OpenAI API to help organizations design, build, and scale AI systems that deliver measurable business results. Supporting the OpenAI enterprise community. Getting AI into production is where enterprises benefit most from support. The models are powerful. The tooling keeps improving. But turning that into deployed systems with real adoption across an organization requires a level of delivery capability that most companies do not have in-house. Eliza was built to provide that capability: solutions that go live in weeks, not months; AI agents embedded at every stage of development; and small delivery pods that move faster at lower cost. Every engagement builds on reusable tooling, connectors, and architectures from prior work, so clients get production-ready infrastructure on day one. This engagement model is also designed to quickly build AI fluency and transfer skills. Eliza embeds with client teams and teaches agentic engineering practices so organizations can own the solutions and continue building long after the engagement ends. "We are excited to formalize our collaboration with OpenAI. There is an unprecedented level of demand from customers to leverage ChatGPT and Codex within their enterprise operating models," said Stephen Garden, Co-Founder and CEO of Eliza. Looking ahead. For joint customers, this collaboration means access to the most advanced OpenAI capabilities, delivered through a team built specifically for this work. Production AI in weeks, not quarters. That speed is already showing up in practice. Eliza recently completed a rollout of ChatGPT Enterprise to more than 10,000 users at a leading global investment firm, building AI fluency across several portfolio companies and establishing reusable infrastructure for continued adoption. The engagement moved from kickoff to full production in weeks, with Eliza embedding along side internal teams to transfer capability and ensure long-term self-sufficiency. As OpenAI continues to expand its enterprise capabilities, Eliza will remain focused on helping organizations adopt those technologies. About Eliza. Eliza is an AI-native services firm and official OpenAI Services Partner. Founded by veterans of cloud, data engineering, and applied AI, Eliza helps enterprises turn AI investments into production systems that work.
