Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores, ensuring all operational and visual standards are met.
  • Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning, effective execution, and team motivation.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing Store Managers and Area Managers when applicable, and assist in developing future leaders.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all stores deliver consistent, outstanding customer service aligned with company expectations.
  • Implement and uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Lead execution of merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives across the district.
  • Partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with company strategies.
  • Drive loss-prevention awareness and shrink-reduction efforts across all locations.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
