Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in London hotel sales.
  • Experience growing and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
  • Manage large accounts in London across the Corporate, Group, and Meetings and Events segments.
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Work with the Director of Sales for London on annual sales plans and pre-opening sales activities for new London openings.
  • Lead an on-site Sales Champion program with the Front Desk Team.
  • Generate new business through market research, liaising with the Global Sales Team, and working with sister hotels.
  • Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips.
  • Organize on-site client entertainment, show rounds, and familiarization trips.
  • Work toward personal Group and Meetings and Events revenue goals and key performance indicators.
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximize revenue opportunities.
