  • 3+ years of project management experience overseeing complex technical solutions for Defense Industrial Base OR Government Agencies
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or procurement/supply chain
  • 3+ years’ experience making data-based decisions from personal data analysis
  • Intermediate MS Excel proficiency required; V-lookup, H-lookup, IF statements, pivot tables and other intermediate functions to identify gaps, build correlations, or establish trends
  • Master of concise and influential communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong and intentional public speaking skills for client or prospect presentations to and networking at conferences and other industry events
  • Ability to participate in regular internal and external program reviews and customer briefings (remote or in-person where travel may be required, estimated 5% travel)
  • Comfort with demonstrating SaaS solutions (e.g., ability to learn, demonstrate, and train customers on Exiger’s supply chain solutions)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – great at building positive relationships with clients and coworkers alike
  • Must have an active security clearance or be able to obtain one
  • Develop a presentation that outlines Exiger’s core technology as it relates to your clients needs and use-cases
  • Render assistance with sales calls or promotional activities intended to raise the level of industry awareness on Exiger’s products
  • Translate your clients’ needs and mission into products Exiger can offer and confidently propose those ideas to the client
  • Serve as a project manager, working with various internal teams to coordinate the development and deployment of Exiger solutions on time and within budget to meet your client’s expectations
  • Conduct training (in-person or virtual) on how your clients can apply the technology to their mission
  • Advise your clients on how best to utilize the software and tools they’ve purchased to ensure widespread adoption
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting on any technical issues your clients are having and work with the tech team to resolve
  • Conduct regular business reviews to gather client feedback and build rapport, getting to know your clients on a personal level when appropriate
  • Mentor junior analysts, peers, and leadership
  • Attend or provide internal trainings or education on Exiger processes or certain subject matter
  • Analyze data in Exiger holding to make informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers
  • Serve as voice of the customer in internal solution design sessions
