Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with the overall marketing and sales goals to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. Innovate new approaches to market and explore untapped opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas, testing creative approaches, and leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital channels, including website, paid media, email, and social media.
  • Manage and grow ecommerce revenue stream with an integrated plan inclusive of proven digital channels and emerging digital channels. Build an experiment roadmap to strive for continuous improvement and conversion optimization in the store.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and analyze performance. Use data insights and innovative thinking to make strategic adjustments and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively driving pipeline growth and accelerating sales cycles.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing and business objectives.
