Scope of the role:

We are seeking a PLM Administrator to join our product configuration team, to support the implementation and deployment of our new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You will collaborate with the technical team to organise design and product configuration data before importing them into the PLM system. You will also play a key role in introducing the PLM system to the wider business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify/locate current released Engineering Data
• Data Preparation and Import
• Administration of existing part/document registers
• Assist with system documentation/procedures
• Support PLM Project Team, as required

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering businesses
• Experience in Engineering Product Configuration
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM/ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Management processes

Desirable

• Understanding of BOM hierarchy/structures
• Experience with Cognidox
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Previously worked as PLM or Engineering Administrator
