Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading project delivery, client services, or operations within a marketing agency, digital agency, consulting firm, or similar professional services environment is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Prior experience evaluating and implementing project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar solutions is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery function across website development, digital marketing, branding, customer relationship management, and strategic marketing engagements.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery by identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum across engagements.
  • Provide executive oversight on complex, high-value, or high-visibility projects.
  • Translate contracts, scopes of work, retainers, campaign plans, website needs, and recurring deliverables into internal project plans, timelines, task lists, and workflows.
  • Partner with Account Management to align client expectations, project priorities, and delivery plans throughout each engagement.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams for project health, communication, quality, and execution.
  • Directly manage and develop the Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
  • Provide delivery leadership and operational guidance across Account Management through planning, workflow coordination, project governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Foster partnerships between Project Management, Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Development teams.
  • Audit and continuously improve delivery processes to create a scalable, efficient, and predictable client experience.
  • Design and implement standardized methodologies for project planning, resource management, status reporting, documentation, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Improve forecasting, capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource utilization across the practice.
  • Partner with Practice Leadership to ensure projects are appropriately scoped, staffed, and positioned for successful delivery and profitability.
  • Lead adoption of artificial-intelligence-enabled project-management and operational workflows using Copilot Enterprise, ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved artificial intelligence platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate project-management, task creation, intake, approval, reporting, documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Use SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Project, Lists, Power Automate, and Power BI to improve collaboration, visibility, accountability, and speed.
  • Optimize systems that convert contract details, scopes of work, client agreements, and recurring service models into actionable tasks, templates, timelines, and workflows.
  • Ensure automations are practical, accurate, adopted, and aligned with departmental operations.
  • Develop and maintain project hubs, dashboards, document libraries, intake forms, task lists, and communication structures.
  • Partner with technology, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure artificial intelligence and automation tools are used securely, responsibly, and according to firm policies.
  • Serve as a senior client-facing leader on strategic engagements and participate in key client meetings and conversations.
  • Support Account Management with executive-level client conversations, project escalations, scope discussions, and delivery planning.
  • Help ensure consistent, organized, and high-quality client experiences throughout engagements.
  • Monitor portfolio health through project profitability, utilization, resource capacity, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into delivery performance, operational risks, staffing needs, and continuous-improvement opportunities.
  • Build the operational foundation needed to support the continued growth of the practice.
  • Create a culture of accountability, proactive communication, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
  • Establish project-management standards, coaching, and professional development for the delivery team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success managing complex website builds alongside integrated marketing, branding, and digital marketing engagements.
  • Experience leading project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced client-services environment.
  • Experience designing scalable delivery processes and improving organizational efficiency.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without relying solely on direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to balance client satisfaction, quality, profitability, resource planning, and execution across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and operational innovation, with a focus on continuously improving work processes.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Copilot Enterprise, ChatGPT, Claude, or other artificial-intelligence and automation tools.
  • PMP certification or formal project-management training is preferred but not required.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in a professional-services or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.

Dynasty Financial Partners Dynasty Financial Partners has appointed sports and entertainment-focused executive and entrepreneur Greg Resh as an executive-in-residence. Dynasty created the EiR role in 2023 to provide content and coaching for chief executives in Dynasty's network of RIAs. Resh has more than two decades' experience in financial, strategic, and operational leadership across the sports, media, entertainment, hospitality, real estate, and technology sectors. He co-founded SIGR, a boutique sports and entertainment investment bank. Prior to SIGR's founding, Resh served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sagamore Ventures, and chief operating officer and CFO of the NFL's Washington Commanders, among others. He is the second sports and entertainment-focused EiR to join Dynasty's program this year, after Matt LaPorta.
