Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering or related field
  • 8+ years working with sales force and leading teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong background in SaaS business model
  • Two end-to-end digital transformations (ex: - CPQ, Revenue forecasting) delivered successfully. Good to have experience with merger/acquisition integration initiatives
  • A collaborative approach to getting work done. Demonstrates empathy around solving business problems across all functions
  • Experience instituting best practices in all aspects of the development lifecycle
  • Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience managing remote teams

  • Lead a matrixed Salesforce systems team, consisting of Admins and developers creating CRM, quote to cash, and quote to active use roadmap and building the new features and enhancements that needs to be delivered to support Invoca's cross-functional growth needs
  • Plan projects with effort estimates, timelines, resourcing and instance planning strategy for applications
  • Identify technology and process gaps, conduct gap analysis, and translate those results to enhancements and features that are delivered with a focus on improving productivity across all business functions
  • Build strong relationships and partner with sales and cross-functional leaders to have a good understanding of business functionality to be enabled and ensure that the systems are built with the best design and features that scale and perform well
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing development, requirements, support processes with a mind-set of continuous improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with other technical operations teams - business systems, Marketing and CS Tech Ops teams to ensure that sales force is connected with upstream and downstream business systems and corresponding analytics systems. This is a critical requirement, given the interdependence of these functions on SFDC
  • Guide and coach, the team on right coding standards and best testing strategies to deliver quality applications
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Build a career path for the team by understanding their personal goals and coaching them on how they can excel in their role
