- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be able to work in various environments, including outdoors and indoors, and may be subject to adverse conditions such as rain, cold or heat for extended periods of time.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and bathrooms using established practices and procedures.
- Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers; empty and clean ashtrays and cigarette urns; replace light bulbs; and refill restroom dispensers.
- Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard-surface floors, and vacuum and shampoo carpets.
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees, for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture.
- Wash walls and equipment and use ladders when required for work assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
