Requirements
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Native-level German and good English.
- Empathy, understanding of intercultural differences, and team spirit.
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, and flexibility.
- An extended certificate of good conduct, no more than 90 days old at the start of the assignment, submitted before deployment.
- A first-aid certificate covering at least 9 instructional units, issued no earlier than September 2024, submitted before deployment.
- Availability for 2 to 4 consecutive weeks.
- Accommodation in the residence for the entire assignment period.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct the cultural and leisure program using the existing framework program.
- Design city tours, museum visits, creative workshops, and sports activities.
- Supervise participants in the residence and during excursions.
- Communicate with participants in German.
- Support the camp leadership team in the office when needed.
