Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of innovation by inspiring and collaborating closely with engineers in the realm of video playback, audience engagement, video analytics, data, and web-based advertising
- Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to roadmap planning, requirement documentation, go-to-market strategies, and ongoing customer support
- Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to shape and prioritize release requirements that directly contribute to business success
- Facilitate planning meetings, assist technical services teams, coordinate various aspects of the project, and co-author user-friendly documentation
- Champion the product through effective promotion of new features to clients, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption by empowering sales and service teams
- Serve as a role model for our core values and act as a leader, playing a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and advancing our product development practices
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in product management, serving as a titled Product Manager responsible for overseeing and enhancing products within the digital publishing and/or advertising sector
- Proficiency in Enterprise/B2B environments, successfully delivering scalable products through collaboration with customers to address their specific requirements and drive SAAS revenue growth
- An effective and articulate communicator, proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage seamlessly with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in the process of instrumenting, measuring, and analyzing product data at scale, enabling the extraction of valuable insights that complement anecdotal feedback
- Exceptional skills in defining acceptance criteria and efficiently prioritizing backlogs, coupled with prior experience in leading engineering teams that practice Scrum and maintain a well-defined release cadence
- A proactive and self-driven individual, continuously seeking new challenges, capable of autonomously leading product development efforts with minimal supervision
