Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience handling complex Casualty, PIP/MPC and Property claims
  • Ability to identify industry recognized suspicious loss indicators
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of investigative resources, tools and techniques
  • Possess above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, customer focus, quality claim handling, resourcefulness, as well as technical/functional expertise
  • Valid driver's license with level of financial responsibility required by the Club and an acceptable motor vehicle record
Responsibilities
  • Handle highly complex claims matters involving issues of concern related to indicators of potential fraud
  • Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex claims
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal law, and with historical company, technical, and customer service Best Practices
  • May involve mentoring and training other personnel
Desired Qualifications
  • Evidence of continuing education (i.e. industry designations) desired
  • Advanced Excel or Access skills desired
