About the role:
CoreWeave is looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. At CoreWeave we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. Your primary responsibility is to help grow our inbound pipeline by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute lead generation campaigns. This position requires lead qualification, consultative selling skills, and tight collaboration with the Account Executives to generate new opportunities. This is not a siloed position. This position is ideal for a collaborative, energetic individual looking for an environment that fosters career growth, and contribute to the sales and marketing teams in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for the sales team from inbound leads
- Consistently achieve inbound KPI’s (data quality, CRM cleanliness, etc.)
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce
- Quickly learn the CoreWeave product(s), effectively communicate our value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
- Work with Sales and Marketing in identifying strategies to improve Inbound lead quality and engagement rates
- Research accounts and run follow up campaigns for stale leads using Salesloft
- Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, and stay up to date on industry news
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development and/or sales roles
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM strongly desired
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
- Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast paced and flexible environment
