We're building Vibiz.ai, the first Vibe Business Platform. We're VC-backed, have hundreds of paying customers, and we're building an AI agent that autonomously runs and grows businesses - spending budget, making decisions, executing actions, and driving real results.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Creative (content & videos) - the person who will define the visual storytelling of Vibiz. You shoot, edit, animate, and ship content that makes people stop scrolling. You have taste. You know what a cinematic product launch looks like. You know how to make a 60-second video feel like a movie trailer. This isn't a systems role - this is a craft role. You make beautiful things, fast.

What you'll do

• Create cinematic product launch videos - every feature we ship deserves a video that makes people want to try it immediately

• Produce weekly content that shows who we are - the product, the team, the energy, the vision

• Launch and edit long-form content (podcasts, interviews, deep dives) into short-form clips that hit on every platform

• Build the visual language of Vibiz across video - what we look and feel like in motion

• Shoot and produce team content - the behind-the-scenes, the building-in-public moments, the raw energy of an early-stage startup

• Create social-first content designed to perform on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Use AI tools to move faster - generate assets, iterate on ideas, accelerate your production workflow

• Build and lead a build-in-public content series documenting the Vibiz journey

• Create a signature visual style that becomes synonymous with the Vibiz brand

• Produce documentary-style content capturing the day-to-day energy of the team

• Work directly with founders - zero layers, zero approval chains

• Help define the creative culture from day one

This is a new kind of creative role. We can't afford one polished piece a month. We need someone who integrates AI deeply into their creative process - not just to go faster, but to push the creative boundaries of what's possible. AI should make your work more beautiful, more ambitious, and more prolific. Use Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, whatever is cutting-edge tomorrow - we expect you to be at the frontier of what AI can do for visual storytelling.

You are

• A creative with taste - you make things that look beautiful and feel alive

• A maker, not a manager - you shoot, edit, animate, and deliver

• Someone who sets the vibe - you don't just execute a brief, you define how things should look and feel

• Fast - you can turn around a polished video in days, not weeks

• Comfortable with chaos - there's no creative brief template, just a product to make look incredible

• AI-augmented - you use AI to move faster, generate ideas, and prototype visuals

• Builder > employee

Hard requirements

If any of these is a no - don't apply.

• You have a portfolio or reel that shows genuinely beautiful work - not just functional, beautiful

• You can shoot, edit, and deliver a cinematic video end-to-end by yourself

• You use AI tools to accelerate your creative workflow (Runway, Midjourney, or similar)

• You have a feel for what makes content go viral - you've studied it, you've done it, or both

• You are willing to relocate in a reasonable time (mandatory for full-time)

• You can show real work: your reel, your numbers, content you've made that moved people or moved metrics

Big add-ons (nice to have)

• Active on X, YouTube, and Instagram, sharing your work or creative process

• You are familiar with video strategies from the likes of Buildspace, The Browser Company, and similar

• Experience creating content for tech startups or SaaS products

• Motion design and animation skills beyond basic editing

• Experience with build-in-public or behind-the-scenes content formats

• Previous early-stage startup experience

• You've worked on launch videos, product demos, or brand films that got real traction

• Not a corporate video production gig - we want cinematic, not "safe"

• Not a role where you wait for a creative brief - you define the creative direction alongside the founders

• Not async-only remote

• Not for people who think AI creative tools are a gimmick

• Not for people who don't ship
