Requirements
  • Previous marketing operations experience is listed in the requirements, although the role description also states that no marketing operations experience is required.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Be comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and learning new tools.
  • Have some early marketing experience or a genuine interest in marketing; backgrounds such as sales development representative, business development representative, sales, customer success, events, or marketing coordination are welcome.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and be interested in building with them.
  • Think critically, ask why, and treat people respectfully.
Responsibilities
  • Run campaign operations by building campaign structures in HubSpot and Salesforce, setting up audiences and lists, managing tracking and UTM parameters, and completing quality-assurance and launch checklists.
  • Maintain day-to-day go-to-market workflows and improve processes when friction is identified.
  • Monitor marketing AI agents and automations, run routine agentic workflows, identify failures, and flag improvement opportunities.
  • Deduplicate records, standardize fields, maintain segments and enrichment in Clay, and follow playbooks to keep HubSpot and Salesforce synchronized.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and other tools to show campaign and funnel performance.
  • Support the wider operations team with triage, routine checks, and business-as-usual tasks when coverage is needed.
  • Automate manual work alongside the team using tools such as Zapier and Claude, increasing responsibility as skills develop.
  • Keep standard operating procedures and process notes current in Notion.
