Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the wellness program at multiple job sites throughout the designated territory.
  • Manage each jobsite according to its unique schedule and needs.
  • Develop positive working relationships with each jobsite to deliver onsite coaching effectively.
  • Interact with, support, and work closely with employees on wellness goals and initiatives.
  • Provide employees with general and program-specific health education.
  • Attend, support, and promote biometric screenings.
  • Review and interpret employees' medical histories.
  • Create behavior and lifestyle plans for employees and hold them accountable.
  • Assist employees in understanding their health conditions.
  • Support employees' mental wellness by explaining available resources and benefits.
  • Deliver onsite blood pressure readings and conduct onsite body-composition scans.
  • Coach employees on weight management.
  • Promote and educate employees about tobacco cessation.
  • Educate employees about Allan Myers wellness offerings, including mental wellness, telemedicine services, and the Employee Assistance Program.
  • Educate employees about new developments and technology related to the wellness program.
  • Support monthly targeted health topics through onsite coaching.
  • Support outreach targeting high-risk populations.
  • Record data and update notes in the coaching platform after each coaching session.
  • Create a daily report of onsite activity for each jobsite visit.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all jobsites and team members.
