Test Lead - Worksoft

Job Description

Required Experience:

·More than 5 years of Automated Testing experience

·At least 2 years of experience on Worksoft Certify Tool

·Experience with Test Management and working with onshore offshore model

·Experience with testing in Ariba, SAP, Microsoft PPM, and BI reports would be preferred

·Experience with HP-ALM and Worksoft integration would be an advantage

Job Description:

·Supports TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) Management in Automated Test strategy formulation, execution, process improvements, and communication of test strategies to all stakeholders.

·Requires advanced knowledge of automation frameworks, Worksoft Certify, status reporting, and general management.

·Additionally, requires good interaction skills; with senior client management, with ability to articulate and defend strategic decisions; with other stakeholders to articulate technical solutions.

Daily Duties include:

·Create and design the automated testing framework, strategies and test scripts, according to the standards; and collaborate with stakeholders and executive staff for review and approval

·Test scripts automation using Worksoft Certify

·Review and Approve all test approaches and maintenance plans for automated test scripts to ensure test coverage for all applications are complete and integrated; including automated end-to-end execution

·Develop and enforce best practices and standards for all automation activities

·Design test data management plans that enables all business models to be tested in an automated fashion

·Work with vendor support teams (e.g. Worksoft) to troubleshoot issues

·Produce testing metrics and manage communications to stakeholders
