Human Capital Planner
Key Role:
Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop, and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, and mentors and supervises team members, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and workforce development
Experience assessing, formulating, and synthesizing key outcomes based on quantitative and qualitative analytic reviews, and developing recommendations for actionable next steps
Experience designing, deploying, evaluating, and refreshing organizational workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning initiatives and activities
Ability to design, develop, and deliver robust and effective organizational assessments
Ability to perform data analysis and leverage best practices to create reports and visuals that clearly convey the trends and implications to the report’s specific audience
Secret clearance
Master’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with multiple data visualization tools
Experience designing, developing, and implementing workforce development programs within the DoD
Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
