AirGarage partners with real estate owners to operate and monetize parking facilities across the United States and Canada through a full-service parking management platform. Its system uses license plate recognition (LPR) cameras to monitor entry and exit, enabling gateless and ticketless parking, and it automates enforcement by identifying vehicles that haven’t paid. The platform also applies dynamic pricing to optimize revenue based on demand. AirGarage operates on a revenue-sharing model with property owners, handling facility management in exchange for a portion of the parking income. Drivers can discover and pay for parking via AirGarage’s website and partner marketplaces. The company differentiates itself through its vertically integrated tech platform, LPR-based gateless operation, demand-driven pricing, and a partner-focused monetization approach that aligns incentives with property owners, aiming to increase asset utilization and revenue for its clients.
