Requirements
  • 3+ years management experience and a proven history in IT Operations, Service Desk, Technology Support and Customer Service
  • Successful track record of delivering support to remote sites
  • Experience in leading or playing key roles in large cross-functional projects and delivering those projects on time and within guidelines
  • You're a self-starter who loves to own things from start to completion. You make things happen and don't need to ask for permission first
  • A healthy skepticism for the status quo and an unwillingness to settle
  • An empathetic leadership style and have a strong self-awareness
Responsibilities
  • Craft a delightful mix of tools, hardware and user experience for our globally distributed, hybrid workforce
  • Have an excellent understanding of computers and software and how employees use them in an enterprise environment
  • Possess the technical chops to handle almost anything while still possessing a “white glove” approach
  • Ensure we have smoothly operating, best-in-class in-office hardware (meeting rooms, office tech, AV spaces) that supports in person, remote and hybrid attendees equally well
  • Drive automation where applicable
  • Bring a process-driven, feedback oriented mindset to the team
  • Establish metrics to track operational efficiencies and measure impact
  • Partner with and influence effectively across People, Corporate Engineering, Security and Support Teams
  • Navigate complex issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to improving and creating support procedures and documentation
