Due to Federal contract requirements, US citizenship and a TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.

The day-to-day:

As a Software Engineer you will be on a team that follows Agile and DevOps principles to ensure that high-quality, reliable software is delivered to the customer. You will individually and collaboratively support multiple products that automate manual tasks so that mission customers can focus on more complex issues. position will be performed in a contractor facility which allows for flexible work schedules.

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI security clearance w/ polygraph required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical field from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
SWE Level 0: 0 - 2 years’ experience in the development, engineering, interfacing, integration of hardware and software systems to include an understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, concepts of operation, interface standards, and system architectures. No demonstrated experience is required.

SWE Level 1: SWE Level 1: Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Preferred Qualifications (desired not required):

Full Stack SWE who has both front and back-end experience
Java
JavaScript (Vue.js)

Familiarity with Mongo DB
ElasticSearch
Grafana
Kibana

Additional Requirements:

Level 0:
Basic understanding of object oriented and structured development methodologies and languages.
Developing documentation required to support a program’s technical issues and training situations.

Level 1:
Experience in Javascript applications development.
Experience integrating with existing tools and point API’s.
Experience JSON applications development.
Knowledge of data Visualization experience (D3, REACT, Vega-lite).
Knowledge of Website optimization techniques.
