  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or related field

  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 and other standard office applications

  • Industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, are a plus
  • Respond to user requests for technical assistance, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or vendors, as required
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and performing backups
  • Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
  • Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Provide user training and support for standard office applications and software
  • Troubleshoot and support all Audio Visual equipment and software
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
